BIMnD is more than just a drawing agency. We are your partner for measuring real estate objects with 3D laser scanners and modelling in BIM. We model in Revit, ArchiCAD and SketchUP. BIMnD has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of building information management and Building Information Models (BIM). We have built up this knowledge by implementing BIM at hundreds of companies and developing new applications. BIM for redevelopment of new and renovation and manage

Whether it concerns redevelopment, renovation or new construction or management and maintenance. A good and correct BIM model is an excellent tool to properly investigate the possibilities. By starting with the right property data, all parties can make informed choices. Together with our clients, we will discuss the PRD in advance. You can think of agreements about the LOD elaboration level, in which format we deliver the model. For example, if you are still working in 2d, we can also supply the drawings in 2d DWG files.

BIM inventory ( from drawing to BIM or from laser scan to BIM

In order to set up a good BIM model, we make an inventory of the available documentation before the start of each assignment. The available ( historical) data, building drawings must be reliable. If this is not the case, BIMnD can also measure the object with our 3D laser scanners to ensure that an AS Built BIM model can be set up. Our BIM experts convert measurement data (point cloud) or existing 2d drawings into BIM or IFC Model. All our models are drawn up in accordance with BIM Basis ILS.

BIM Quality control, rule sets and the BIM Basic ILS

BIMnD checks all its models with model checking software. Among other things, we apply visual checks of the BIM, we check with rule sets and, in accordance with the BIM basis ILS, we validate whether all parties deliver their model terms correctly.
